The installation is about to complete then it says "internal error: Expression error 'Runtime error (at 37:242): : '"

That is strange... first time I've heard of this kind of error. Can you try running it again but select 'no models' from the drop-down list (so that it doesn't download anything). I'm just curious if the installer at least completes in this case. Let me know.

Installation completes without the models selected
