Audacity launch errors out - Unable to load the "mod-openvino" module. #288

I followed the instructions on https://github.com/intel/openvino-plugins-ai-audacity/releases/tag/v3.4.2-R1 and still get the error

Unable to load the "mod-openvino" module.
Error: The specified procedure could not be found.

Which version of Audacity are you using? I would recommend:

Uninstall all previous versions of Audacity & these plugins.
install the & install latest version of Audacity, download from here: https://github.com/audacity/audacity/releases/tag/Audacity-3.6.2)
install & install the latest version of these plugins, download from here: https://github.com/intel/openvino-plugins-ai-audacity/releases/tag/v3.6.2-R3.2
