Open vino does not show up

Open vino does not show up, ive instaled it and everything is in its place but it does not show up on audacity

FWIW, It does show up under Edit > Preferences > Modules, and I flipped it from Disabled to Enabled there, but it still doesn't show up in the Generate menu.

It's also not in the Plugin Manager, even if selecting All for the category.

OK, I figured out my own problem.

1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Modules, and flip mod-openvino from Disabled to Enabled there

2. Restart Audacity

3. Profit
