The requirement is to make sure running the IBL task on a single central screen is compatible with a multi-screen configuration.

For example, on a mesoscope experiment we would use 2 protocols:

  • first protocol plays the _sp_passiveVideo video on 2 screens setup as a mosaic
  • second protocol it the conventional choice world task on single screen.

Here it would be nice to be able to send system commands to the Nvidia control panel to switch back and forth between the mosaic and single screen configurations seemlessly.
