Figure 1 , panels

  • showcase of raw AP data for a few brain regions, showing the heterogeneity
  • basic description of the features (e.g. images of LFP, spike waveform shapes etc), and link in text to the documentation on how they were extracted
  • (later) make sure documentation on feature extraction is proper, work with Olivier starting next week as re-extraction is needed (passive, other time points)
  • if Han used different features for her decoding analysis, she will need to explain them in addition
  • example distributions of selected features at the Cosmos level
  • visualisation website promotion (showing e.g. LF vs AP power)
  • (later) input the features properly onto the web, chose a bucket and update it
  • informative feature: entropy analysis
  • Supp fig to explain entropy analysis, PPT https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/13P-A7GJhWOp0gl92O7ywVsmGip1Lct_SpHiGehyNG2o/edit#slide=id.g290343689fb_0_13
  • any other work (KS distance, similarity of features) can go in a supp. figure after Sept. if we think it’s relevant
