Add support for Cassandra version 2.2.x

We would like to implement this on our systems, but we are currently running 2.2.5. We will be looking at moving to either 2.2.11 or 2.2.13 very shortly. Seeing support added for any/all of these would be great for us.

@podile we ended up writing a custom python script to query datastax opscenter for select data and export it in prometheus format. If you're interested, I can share the script.

We're in the process of migrating to the latest datastax cassandra version, which I believe has native prometheus export functionality built-in.
