I would like to suggest a thought that went through my mind while going through app development.

I have been always curious about how to keep customers revisiting my app and also build trust around the entire business.

Social medias are a good idea to funnel customers but I think Discussion Forums help much better in that way. This provides a one-stop area for businesses to publicly manage their customers and build a reputation around it.

So my suggestion is to bring support for a Forum Plugin natively in the app. Right now I think the webview feature gets the job done But native UX is always better.

WordPress has a great plugin called bbPress. But I'd like to suggest looking into the BuddyBoss Platform which does the job better. It has all kinds of community-building features.
