Understanding the .npz and .df files provided in google drive

Hi,

Could I clarify for example for the .df file provided, there are multiple tumour indices as well as control indices provided for each cell line at a particular dosage value and time value. Could I check if this means that the different indices are simply repetitions of the same experiment just placed in different wells? I would essentially like to know if they should be treated as equivalent in principle? Thanks!
