As you know telegram web is banned/restricted in most countries. They have access the mobile app fine but not the web version.
Is there a way the stub establishes a connection through a tunnel/proxy everytime user turns their pc on?
And ofcoure making this feature 'optional' would be great so only those people use it who need it
