Buggy oidc-agent version in current build

The current image on docker hub from this repository is shipped with a buggy oidc-agent version oidc-agent-4.5.1-1.el7.x86_64 which has the following known issue indigo-dc/oidc-agent#490.

The issue has been solved in indigo-dc/oidc-agent@0d8f1b9 with version 4.5.2.

After starting the container, a yum upgrade oidc-agent is enough to download the fixed version.
Since there is no pinned version here, probably a docker build && docker push is sufficient to ship the image with new oidc-agent version.
