We need to add a licence. I would say Public Domain Dedication and License (latest version) as this is the licence used by openfmri (cf. https://openfmri.org/faq/#licensed)

PDDL sounds good for the datasets. If you put a PDDL LICENSE document in the repo, will that only apply to the data? I see there are also several scripts etc. and not sure if there is any issue with mixing code and data.
