Hi @vsoch,

This looks great! Is the plan to also move over the nidm-results queries currently stored in the main nidm repository? If so, we will need to think about where is the best place to keep the tests that insure that our examples documents are up-to-date with respect to the queries (cf. TestQueries.py).

My thinking is that stronger applications will have these things separate. I would be happy to migrate them - this weekend I was also planning on making the web interface so you can do it with copy-paste style... let's leave this issue open an we can discuss more after!
