Original README.md had a conda/OSX specific section on how to "install" PyNIDM for development. https://github.com/incf-nidash/PyNIDM/pull/340/files#diff-7b3ed02bc73dc06b7db906cf97aa91dec2b2eb21f2d92bc5caa761df5bbc168fL27 removed it. I think it would be good to gain a more detailed CONTRIBUTING.md file and reference it within "Contributing to the Software" section.
