Cannot delete anything on Debian Linux #98

I cannot delete any files on my Debian Linux. When I press backspace I do not get the confirmation modal. I also tried my delete key, does not help. Traversing directories up and down works.

I tried with cargo install, brew install, and from a git clone, same results on each.
