can not bring up wv

After following the steps of saving /usr/local/bin/wavemq,
Creating and configuring /etc/wavemq/wavemq.toml,
Creating and configuring /etc/systemd/system/wavemq.service,
Running sudo systemctl daemon-reload; sudo systemctl start wavemq,
Only got:
wv: command not found
