ToDo:

remove unneeded Primer tools
reomve MIP tools
check PHP warnings/errors
move NGS tools into Tools folder
move Scripts specific to Tübingen into IMGAG folder
move install scripts (db_converter etc) to Install folder
check for unneeded scripts and remove them (carefull with scripts used in webservices)
check for absolute paths
remove TODOs
