When I try to download your new container, I have this error message :
The master branch of ClinCNV does not contain the path megsap.de/download/container/ClinCNV_v1.18.3.sif.
I don't see any "/megsap.de" directory in the master branch.

Thank you though for the singularity image, this would be very helpfull !

My fault - I forgot to put https:// in the beginning. Now should work

https://megsap.de/download/container/ClinCNV_v1.18.3.sif
