Implement Rooms autocomplete functionality

Once that is done, we need to add autocomplete functionality to the UI.

Notes from email with Katy:
Dan and I chatted for a long time about it as it had been something attempted before by both Anne-Sophie and Amyas. Matching the names of rooms on the lecture list to the names used by each department and also by EMBS (all different
names).

I (Ac690) also have, filed away somewhere, some rooms spreadsheet that was used for UniTime/Coursedata. I can dig this out but not sure if it will add much.
