The repo was seeded from a single project, and the CSV->SKOS pipeline operates in a batch mode.

As more domains start using this the processing scripts should be updated to allow more granular processing, allowing easier identification of actual changes to content vs. reprocessing.

Note the processing captures provenance - so avoiding meaningless processing will improve the value of that provenance information.
