环境:windows10 rn版本0.61.4
cmd提示;'pod' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序
或批处理文件。
希望作者可以帮忙看看，谢谢！

执行pod是为了能在ios下使用svg。如果你的RN应用要兼容ios，请使用macos系统处理，macos下才能安装pod。如果只需要兼容android，那么不需要执行pod install，即忽略这一步
