VCARD URLs that escape the semicolon parse failures #19

Many URLs appear to have a slash escaping the semicolon, for example, as shown at https://www.timeatlas.com/what-is-a-vcard/

item3.URL:https\://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln

This results in a parse failure due to a URISyntaxException. Removing the slash preceding the semicolon will resolve the problem.
