Automated Regional Configuration and Google Chrome Paths

This release adds two major features,

The first is users from regions listed in the SKU section will no longer need to set NVIDIA_CLERK_LOCALE and NVIDIA_CLERK_CURRENCY environmental variables. The regions listed in the SKU section will be updated as we find more SKUs, in the mean time please open an issue if you don't see your region listed there.

The second is support for Google Chrome installs in AppData.

Global Locale and Currency Support

This latest release should help out folks not located in the USA. I don't currently have the SKU's for every country so someone will have to find those to get this working. Please see the readme for instructions on setting your Locale and Currency (US folks don't need to change usage at all)

Latest - Updated Twilio

Updated Twilio usage instructions and added a -test flag when combined with -sms you can manually validate your twilio config without needing to run the full application.
