Description:
Implement a user interface for the Rules and Contact Us pages to improve user experience and accessibility to important information.

Requirements:
Rules Page:

Display website or service rules in a clear and organized manner.
Use headings, bullet points, and visuals for better readability.
Ensure the design aligns with the overall website theme.

Contact Us Page:

Include a contact form for user inquiries (Name, Email, Message).
Display alternative contact information (phone number, email address, social media links).
Add a map or location information if applicable.
