phpunit/dbunit は終了した。 sebastianbergmann#217

これをコーディングしてから気づいたが、既に先人がいた。
phpunit8だけでなく、phpunit7 へも対応している。
packagistにも登録されているので、2019-03時点での代替としては以下がベスト。

よってこのプロジェクトは凍結。
