ad1693e で、openpear(pear) が重くて暫定的にやめていたストリーム処理を戻す。
既成のものでもスクラッチでもいい。

高速化＆省メモリ化が期待できるが、以下の理由から優先度は低い。

そもそも ExcelCsvDataSet の使いどころが少なくなっている
UTする上で巨大なテストデータを多用するケースが少ないので問題になりにくい
