One Hit Kill doesn't work - Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (EUR) - 00040000000B1D00.txt

Hi, I've tried the one hit kill code in the EUR version of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (00040000000B1D00) on both New 3DS (downloaded via Checkpoint, but it's the same code) and on Lime3DS 2119 - the cheat does nothing. There's another cheat listed that maxes out your money, and that one works just fine.
I can't say the version number of the game, but there was only one patch available, and I have it installed on both systems.
