The Project Balkans map (Promods addon) is not currently supported. The mod is mostly setup for correct localization support except for one city.
This addition should allow for easier localization to other languages.

I have created a support file in my branch maghreb for it https://github.com/erbkaiser/ETS2-Localization/tree/maghreb
