Provide examples of mapping domains to concrete concepts

Just now, Matias Salimbene requested information on how one or more organizations should use domains. What is the recommended approach? A domain per organization should work, in my opinion.
Still, we can have different situations in different setups using Iroha 2, and I'd like to hear your input before either I or someone else writes the details.

To be more specific, I think we should explain the different approaches similarly to the "choosing between the store and metadata assets" article.

One org can easily have more than one domain for its branches.
Domain metadata can link things; this is a basic key-value storage.
Config reference will have details on Kura.
