I got this error when creating a stack, what could be the issue?

Embedded stack arn:aws:cloudformation:eu-west-1:060629120335:stack/hyku-mail-223UK7BDMDD6/0da261a0-9e99-11e7-8210-503ac9e74cc5 was not successfully created: The following resource(s) failed to create: [LambdaExecutionRole, S3Bucket, RecordSet].

It could be a variety of things. Selecting the failed components in the CloudFormation UI may provide greater detail on what caused the failure. Make sure you've followed the steps listed here https://github.com/hybox/aws, as there are several prerequisites (like a Route 53 hosted zone, which enables the creation of a RecordSet.)
