After wake, the first time using win ctr arrow behaves as win ctr alt arrow #27

Hi all,

I am having this issue where after waking from sleep, the key bindings seem messed up. Using win+ctr+right behaves as win+ctr+alt right.

After using one time win+ctr+alt right, everything comes back to normal.

Config:
Windows 10 Pro 19045
SylphyHornPlus 4.0.0 beta9

I have had the same issue, but it's not after waking from sleep. It just happens randomly. This might be related to that issue (#29).
