Download not working for video Files

When I click at https://domain.tld/s/space/cfiles/browse/index?fid=1 on a file it doesn't download the file when it's a .mov or other file extentions. Images are shown normally on click. PDFs will directly open in browser. But file formats like .mov, .mp4, etc are not working. I can manually copy the download link http://domain.tld/file/file/download?guid=d277f40c-3aec-4e65-a97c-a68cacdc6997&download=1 and it's working to download. But the download is not working from the list. When I click on a .mov File on the list another tab opens for just half a seconds and then closes. But no download starting.

Hmmm, on my test the download of a .mov file (https://file-examples.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/file_example_MOV_480_700kB.mov) worked as expected.
