Docker Imageを毎回更新するためにCi動かしたり、mainにプッシュするとpublishされるのも正直あまりやりたくない。
できればAPIフォルダを修正した時のみ動かせるようにしてみたいなーと思ったり

typesとかでもいけるのかな？
