https://hubot.github.com is outdated and confusing

This is a bit of a missing stair at the moment. We should either update it, or remove it.

https://hubot.github.com/docs/ says to use yo to generate the codebase, correct docs is https://github.com/hubotio/hubot?tab=readme-ov-file#create-your-own-hubot-instance

I recall (hubotio/generator-hubot#115 (comment)) that we previously weren't able to update that website for permissions reasons. It's worth checking in to see if we can fix those docs, and if not, take them offline so folks land on the project README or more recent answers.

Agreed.

I just recently got in touch with someone at GitHub who is investigating this issue (separate docs site that we can't update) as well as how we can get changes done at the Hubotio org level. I'm hopeful we'll get some movement.
