Parameters:

: Doc to render
colwidth
: Maximum number of characters per line
style
: Whether to generate 'plain' or 'ANSI' terminal output. Must be
either 'plain'
or 'ansi'
. Defaults to 'plain'

after_break
Creates a Doc

before_non_blank (doc)
