Whenever I open the car selection screen in burnout legends, the entire game freezes then crashes, I tried switching backends, resolution for the PSP, and tried testing some graphics settings but to no avail.
What should happen
Prior to the new PPSSPP update (which added more graphics options), while I've had new minor graphic issues on other games, for burnout legends, the cars just won't load; sometimes, it even lags my whole PC before eventually crashing. And on vulkan, it just shows a black screen with the audio in the background.
This feels familiar, we've had an issue here on Intel on Linux a long time ago, maybe a driver issue that for some reason carries over to old Macs... I have an Intel GPU mac, so I'll look into this soon and see if I can reproduce the problem.
I've found a temporary solution. Apparently, as far as 1.17.1 goes, switching to software rendering fixes the issue, although the resolution is low on this one (I don't know how to increase it :P) but whenever it's off the issue returns
