PPSSPP crashes on GoW: GoS startup

What area of the game / PPSSPP

I just start the game so no save data yet but maybe if someone can direct me to the log file maybe i can uploaded...
for me is simple just launch the game wait for a few seconds then try to close it if anyone gets this:

then you are in the right track.

What should happen

PPSSPP should close the game and return to the main menu or selection screen of recent games launch.

If you change the graphics backend to Direct3D11 or OpenGL, does it work? I assume you have recent NVIDIA graphics drivers?

(though, given that you have NV it really should work...)

I try this in version 1.18.1-122 and it crashes when closing any game on any Backend just in case you wanted to know.
