Using FEniCS with Spyder IDLE

I used PPA fenics (Ubuntu 19.04). Followed the instructions. Downloading never yield any error message. I did all of this (installation) inside my home directory where Anaconda3 (Spyder) is installed. Command

$ apt-cache showpkg fenics
shown fenics dependencies and it seems just OK. Example: (2 2019.1) python3-uft, python3-ffc, and more

How can I link Spyder in my home directory to all those packages and libraries as result of PPA installation? Do I need to add some PATH to my list of PATH? Do I need to move some packages to my home directory?

I cannot figure out how to proceed from here. I believe there is a simply way to solve this problem but I have run out of ideas.

Before of PPA installation I fear this will happen someway. At the moment I do know where is FEniCS, i.e /var/lib/apt/lists/ ?
