Undo zoom factor doesnt change label in menu bar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. change zoom factor in sequence timeline
2. do it a couple of times (drag)
3. undo changes

Expected behavior
consistent number in menu bar widget

I would close #753 because this one has more information, but yes I think this is a duplicate

We can gladly keep this one around, but I'd vote for the hard label here again. If someone has a nice idea how to approach this I would be super happy of course, but I tried variations of either setting the value in the number widget manually and also adding it to the undos and none of those worked.
