Facility Detail Page: Limited Group Visibility and Non-functional Toggles

Current behavior

Only 10 groups are displayed, with no option to view more.
The toggles for 'Fulfillment Settings' and 'Sell Inventory Online' are unresponsive.

Expected behavior

All associated groups should be visible, or there should be a way to view the complete list (e.g., pagination or scrolling).
The toggles for 'Fulfillment Settings' and 'Sell Inventory Online' should work correctly, allowing the user to enable or disable the settings.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the facility management section.
Select a facility that has more than 10 groups associated with it.
View the facility detail page.
