Add support for gRPC requests

A gRPC request is not an actual data transfer, it's a request between programs to do something,. This takes two forms, one is a request of data, like a user profile, for the other project, The other usage is notifications, ie.. FMTM sending a message to TM to invalidate a task because ground-truthing has showed the mapper mapped many features that aren't accurate. A common issue mappers thinking haystacks, big rocks, etc.. are buildings due to poor satellite imagery,
