Project AOI is removed if baselayer is switched during project creation

Describe the bug
when we switch the baselayer during project creation on step 1 and 2, the uploaded boundary is removed when switching to density or bing as baselayer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Please make sure you have organisation admin access

1. Go to 'projects tab under manage section'
2. Click on 'click on +New to create new project'
3. Add project boundary and switch to density or bing imagery for basemap
4. See error

Expected behavior
The AOI should not be removed while switching between different basemaps.

Additional context
This behavior is not there while adding priority areas during project editing.
