Set up dapp support matrix

Set up a dapp support matrix which contains 10 dapps and 10 user flows per dapp. The matrix should show which flows are currently working through RPCh, and which are broken. At start the test of these flows can be manual, in the future they should be automated.

Definition of Done

• support matrix is defined
• support matrix is accessible to whole team
• support matrix is complete (all flows tested at least once)
