If a websocket request fails to deserialize on the conductor side due to an error like this:

WARN holochain_websocket: crates/holochain_websocket/src/lib.rs:435: WebsocketReceiver Error err=Deserialize(Deserialize("invalid type: byte array, expected any YAML value"))

the call times out client-side instead of returning the error.
