Run lossy image compression before publishing
- see https://www.npmjs.com/package/@napi-rs/image
- see https://www.npmjs.com/package/compress.js
- consider rust libs as well
Run lossless file compression before publishing (see Option to compress blob before publishing holochain-open-dev/file-storage#15)

limitation options

Specify max size per-image
Resize image to max dimensions
Notify user if image is larger than max dimensions and allow them to send anyway or resize
