Hi,
Many thanks for the Segway annotations of the HEK293 cell line.
Could you please let us know the biological meanings of the numbered segment names:
0_Quiescent
10_LowConfidence
11_Quiescent
12_RegPermissive
13_Quiescent
1_Quiescent
2_Quiescent
3_Quiescent
4_Quiescent
5_FacultativeHet
6_Quiescent
7_RegPermissive
8_Promoter
9_Promoter

This is quite different from the segmentation listed at https://hoffmanlab.org/proj/segway/2011_segmentation.html
Thank you very much!
Best,
Steve Ladunga

@mlibbrecht I think this might be one of yours?

Hi Steve -- These are from our 2015 Genome Biology paper, which describes the different labels. The first number ("13_") is the original integer label from Segway, and the word ("Quiescent") is the biological meaning.
