These two datasets have boundaries that plot in the wrong location, and spot checks of the tiled .laz files reveal the actual x,y points are also incorrect.

CA_AlamedaCo_2006 plots in Colorado instead of California
IL_BooneCo_2007 plots in Michigan instead of Illinois.
