Im Supplement csv-to-supplement/output/CodeSystemSupplement-v3.ObservationInterpretation.json
müsste

D signifikant change down -> Signifikanter Rückgang sein und
U Significant change up -> Signifikanter Anstieg.

Diese sind derzeit genau vertauscht.
