Da dieser Suffix nur bei N0 und M0 anwendbar ist, und da ITC nur durch histologische Untersuchung feststellbar sind, und da pM0 nicht erlaubt ist (siehe Comment #33), scheint die Verwendung in der M-Kategorie sinnlos.
