Fetch PhPID's from the WHO infrastructure

Can we have a service (i.e. running on the Gravitate infrastructure) to continously fetch and add PhPID's to the ePI bundles?

A Type 2 ePI should have the information necessary to create a PhPID request Task. Could this conversion be represented as a StructureMap?
