Notifier Mails mit CustomContent ersetzen #24

Aktuell werden die Mails per Notifier gesendet. Dies ist etwas unschön und sonst nirgends so gelöst und soll daher mit CustomContent Mails ausgetauscht werden

Todo:

  • Mailer Klassen erstellen, von ApplicationMailer erben
  • custom_content seeds einfügen und mit mails (und translations) füllen
  • SortingHat::Song anpassen um Mailer aufzurufen
